  • Above packages not valid for Christmas and New Years', minimum 3 night booking for Christmas and New Years is mandatory, New Year's supplement is Rs 3000/- per person and Rs 1500/- per child as above. (No music/DJ is allowed as per national park directives)
  • 50% advance at the time of booking and balance 2 weeks before the date of travel
  • No adjustments or refunds in case of not availing any facility from the package.

Child Policy

  • 1 child below 5 years is complimentary. Others will be charged @ 25% of the double room cost.
  • Children between 5-12 years sharing the room are charged @ 25% of double room cost.
  • Above 12 years at 40% the cost of the double package, if minimum 65% extra child supplement has been paid on automatic upgrade to 2 rooms will be provided, subject to availability.

Dinning:

Dining at Earth Lodge offers verity of Indian & continental cuisine. All the dishes served at the resort get prepared from the locally sourced fresh products from the nearby villages. To ensure a regular variety of vegetables and fruits every day, Earth lodge has encouraged a village kitchen garden project. Under the Baadi (Kitchen garden) partnered with few families who live in nearby villages to grow fresh produce needed by the lodge. Earth lodge support them with seeds and technical manpower

  • 20% cancellation will be charged on all bookings.
  • The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
  • Long weekend bookings like New Year, Christmas, Holi, and Diwali are non-refundable.
