Tiger Den Resort is nestled in the Aravalli hills of Ranthambhore National Park. Tiger Den Resort boasts of quality accommodation and services. The resort is barely five minutes away from the main entrance of the park. There are 38 Deluxe Cottage Rooms and 12 luxury suites. Each room is equipped with modern amenities. Well-planned landscaping adds to the rustic ambiance adding to the natural beauty.

There is a power backup generating unit in case of electricity failure. We excel in professional yet personalized service to our guests.

Each room is tastefully designed with an attached toilet and hot shower. Our dining hall has a seating capacity of 110 people and serves hygienic Indian, Western and Chinese cuisine. We organize bar-be-Que dinners where our guests enjoy the live cultural shows and the warmth of bonfires. In the evening our naturalist tells you about the park and presents a slide show while you enjoy your drinks in the lounge.

We have a library of wildlife books and offer nature walks to guests who wish to have a slow-paced holiday.

We organize jungle visits in 4WD jeeps and open trucks known as ‘canters’. A nature guide who is well aware of the flora and fauna of the park accompanies each vehicle and sometimes also has a tiger ‘staked out’.

For birders, there are many options and nature walks. The most popular places are Surwal lake, Mansarovar Lake, Chambal river, or even a walk outside the resort one can get a lot of arid scrubland species.

Our dining hall adds an exotic and sttvic flavor to your visit. Pamper your taste buds at the ethnic delights like Gutta curry & Ker Sangri, for the less adventurous; continental and Chinese cuisine is readily available. The dining hall has a seating capacity of 110 people and serves hygienic cuisine. We organize bar-be-Que dinners where our guests enjoy the live cultural shows and the warmth of bonfires. *All meals are buffet and served at the dining hall.

Breakfast is served between 8:30 am and 10:30 am. Tea and coffee with cookies served before and after the safari at the dining hall.

Lunch is served between 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm.

Dinner is served between 7:30 pm and 9:30 pm. Barbecues can be arranged on request at the lawn.

  • We follow the guidelines and recommendations of our local and central authorities.
  • All the rooms and major areas in the resort are cleaned and sanitized every day with utmost sincerity by our staff
  • Sanitizers and hand wash will be available to you and will be placed at all the important points in the resort.
  • We have  closed the pool temporarily to prevent the transmission of the VIRUS
  • Housekeeping frequency has been increased
  • Our staff has been trained will maintain personal hygiene and is well versed in the all protocols to be followed if a guest develops  symptoms without posing any danger potential risk to the other guests at our property

The Tiger Den Resort is located in Ranthambhore – Sawai Madhopur, in Rajasthan province in northwest India. The resort is 180 kilometers from Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, and is situated adjacent to the famous Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve.

By Air: The closest airport is Sanganer Airport in Jaipur, which is a 180 km and three and half hours drive from the hotel. Jaipur is well connected to New Delhi and Mumbai with daily flights operated by Jet Airways, Sahara Airlines, and Indian Airlines. The flying time from Jaipur to Delhi is thirty minutes and from Mumbai to Jaipur is one hour and thirty minutes.

By Road: The drive from Jaipur to Tiger Den Resort takes three and a half hours. The drive from Agra to Tiger Den Resort takes six hours. The drive from New Delhi to Tiger Den Resort via Jaipur takes approximately eight hours.

By Train: Sawai Madhopur (10 km) is on the main rail line between Delhi and Mumbai and is also well connected to Jaipur. There are regular superfast trains like Jan Shatabdi, Rajdhani between these destinations. The travel time from Sawai Madhopur to Jaipur is approximately two hours and thirty minutes, to Delhi is 5 hours and to Mumbai is around fifteen hours.
